投资学课程内容包括证券品种和证券市场基本知识，讲述如何通过基本分析方法对证券品

种进行估值，技术分析进行时机选择，并通过模拟投资进行理论知识的应用。 

它的主要任务是通过各个教学环节，运用课堂讲课，讲座、投资组合模拟和分析软件的演

示，使学生掌握股票、债券、投资基金等金融品种的基础知识，了解我国和世界主要国家

和地区证券的制度。掌握证券投资学中的基础分析法和技术分析法，熟悉现代投资组合理

论的基础知识。 

Investment is set to improve students’ knowledge scope and help them quickly understand the 

security instruments and trading system. Students are required to use fundamental analysis, such 

as macro-analysis and micro-analysis, to valuate different securities and use these kinds of 

knowledge through constructing simulated portfolios. Its main task is to make students know the 

basic knowledge about stock, bond and mutual fund products and securities system of main 

countries in the world through lectures and simulated portfolios. Students must learn to use the 

fundamental and technical analysis methods in investment process and be familiar with basic 

knowledge about portfolio management.
