AP,全称Advanced Placement。AP课程及考试始于1955年,由美国大学理事会(College Board)主办,在高中阶段开设的具有大学水平的课程,共有22个门类、37个学科。该项考试的目的在于,使高中学生提前接触大学课程,完成一些美国大学的学分课程及考试。AP课程及考试可以为高中生起到减免大学学分、降低大学教育成本、缩短大学教育时间的目的,同时AP考试成绩可以作为申请大学的一个重要筹码。
AP心理学课程
心理学是一门令人着迷的科学,它是以哲学为父,生理学为母,生物为媒人的科学。AP心理学是一项针对那些计划在美国大学读本科的高中生而设立的课程。

心理学主要是从描述、解释以及影响个体的行为,从而提高人类的生活质量,这也是心理学的基础知识。简单的说心理学就是研究个体的心理与行为为目的,对个体的行为进行仔细观察,把这种观察当作是他们研究的数据依据,通过解释出发生的事情、预测出要发生的事情、控制发生的事情,这几方面,来对个体行为的解释与控制和治疗。
为什么要学习心理学?
一、建立科学的逻辑思维
学习心理学其实是扩展思维,增强思考能力的过程。心理学把看上去抽象的概念建立了理论模型,马斯洛把需要分成5个层次, 此外 “人格”5个维度, “爱情”7种类型等等,一些概念进行抽象建模,这样学生在学习之后呢,就更加明白真相,也会觉得学习是一个无止境的探索,防止自己也踏进无知无畏的泥潭。
二、纠正自我认知的偏误,悦纳自己
人类的内心非常复杂,自我认知也是一个模糊的概念,受限于自己的视角,犹如在一个漆黑的房间,我们缺乏安全感和方向感,让我们感到迷茫甚至会有恐惧。通过学习心理学,我们就可以了解人心内在的逻辑和规律,原生家庭和成长环境等外部环境对你的个性、脾气带来的一些影响,把理论和你的成长经历和现状进行正向连接,让你能够真正的面对自己的内心,更加坦然了,有了自我接纳,就有了不断自我完善的动机和行为,自我就会得到发展,得到完善。所以,自我接纳是成功的起点。
